No employee has authority to request any action which violates this policy which is not subject to any type of denunciation or exception due to business or competitive demands, practices used by the sector or demands of other nature.
Honesty and integrity are highly appreciated by Diase, and, to make our program even more effective, we encourage the report of any suspicion of illegal acts, besides keeping the Transparence Channel which is available to all employees and external public. The Transparence Channel ensures a way to communicate illegal acts or suspicious related to Diase activities in a confidential and anonymous manner. Our policies renounce any form of retaliation made against any person who exposes a genuine concern.
